Timetable - Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Adult Classes

Monday’s 4:30pm-5:30pm - Our kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals class for 6-13 year olds are a great and fun way for your children to learn self defence.Monday 8:15pm-9:15pm & Saturday 9:00am-10:00am - Our Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals classes.

I started my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training in 2014 under Black Belt Jeff Lawson and I currently hold the rank of Brown Belt. I actively still compete in competitions and have achieved 12 podium finishes throughout competing at my different belt levels. I have been a kid’s class instructor since 2017 and its made me very proud to see how our kids have developed their Jiu Jitsu and also have become successful themselves at competitions.

I formally started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2012 under Jeff Lawson and received my black belt in (2023). I have had a life-long love of martial arts, including a brief Mixed Martial Arts Career (2000-2003), British title in Sanda (full contact Kung Fu, 1999) and a black belt in Judo (2015). I have been teaching BJJ since 2021 through Paraestra Southampton and more recently at Hampshire BJJ. I am fascinated by how BJJ changes people, and watching confidence grow in kids is fantastic.
